Tailor Made Trainings

“Staff expressed that it was challenging to get accustomed to online learning, they found the experience enjoyable and appreciated the exposure of a new learning. … The course outline and topics proposed by the training team were highly relevant to UNRWA’s operating context. Even so, after the online training began the team was perceptive in discerning themes that arose during the online discussion and so adjusted the weekly themes in the second half of the online training to reflect these. The quality of instruction, both the online tutors and classroom instructor were excellent.” – Testimonial by UNRWA M&E Officer
