To develop a mapping study of current contributory social protection systems and non-contributory transfer systems for Palestinian (including refugees) in oPt including design details (i.e. rationale, target groups, coverage, targeting approach, benefits level and costs as well as elements of governance/delivery) and an analysis of the social protection gaps in oPt within the framework of the ILO’s social protection floor good practices.
