To analyze existing national budget policies, social expenditures and investment in social policies for the needs for children; this includes allocation and operational’ effectiveness and efficiency of direct and indirect public allocations for children. To analyze the overall economic and financial situation of St. Lucia, ensuring a gender-responsive analytical lens, to identify the scope of available and potential fiscal space to spend for sustainable social protection.
